In my career I have had the opportunity to fulfil several positions: controller of a multinational organisation, head of Accounts Payable department, project manager maverick buying, project manager Procure to Pay. These were all challenges I accepted with pleasure/(gladly) because in all cases it was necessary to redesign department procedures and responsibilities without disturbing work pleasure. To guide an organisation to privacy accountability is similar: it is a mix of hard procedures and soft awareness. A matter of balancing between being directive and coaching people. I find it very satisfying to achieve the defined goals together with all involved without any unhappy employees.
