Data continues to become more important, and at the same time, more regulated. In my role as Compliance Specialist for Vivenics, I interpret regulations and can apply them to your data and IT processes. In doing so, I consider it a challenge to find the most compliant, yet efficient way. Compliance and efficiency are not mutually exclusive, and a truly effective process meets regulatory expectations as well as business needs. By working together with all stakeholders, changes that are required by law may even prove to be welcome opportunities for improvement and re-alignment. To make this happen, I combine a legal and business perspective in an ongoing search for the best of both worlds.
