After my contribution to science, I developed myself into a service oriented, quality and regulatory professional, with solid IT knowledge. During projects I always strive for the best balance between compliance and business pragmatism, using my gained experience in quality assurance (GxP, QMS), validation (CSV/CSA) and data integrity. Quality is not about checking the boxes that regulations are met, but more so to ensure an efficient (designed) process for its intended use to be realized. Understanding business needs is pivotal for tailored solutions within the scope of a project and to achieve customer satisfaction.
I pride myself on my ability to communicate effectively throughout different departments in a company and building strong relationships.
